Dear Parent and Guardians, 

This Term in Science we have been working on a unit called ‘Beneath our Feet’.  Thursday the 20th of August the students were looking at the soil samples that they have brought into class. Part of the classroom activities around these samples were to contribute to discussions about different soils and how this knowledge might help communities. Further forward than that, students worked in teams using equipment to observe features of their soil.
