Lord, you know how busy my days are.
There are times when I forget to speak to you
Or think of your presence in the course of my day.
I am tricked into believing I can do it all without you.
In times of hurry, help me to slow down.
Bring my thoughts back to a slow and even pace.
For only then will I be able to feel your presence.
