‘We have been successful in gaining the paid job of morning clean ups at the 2019 Weipa Fishing Classic! We are needing volunteers to be at the grounds from 6:30am until approximately 8:00am or until the morning clean up is completed for Saturday, Sunday and Monday the 8th, 9th and 10th of June. Approximately 10 volunteers is ideal and of course the kids are welcome to come and help! A volunteer nomination sheet will be on the school notice board, please fill in times when you and the family can help! Disposable gloves and rubbish bags will be provided! We will receive $3000 for this job which will be directed back into the school to support our kids at St Joey’s. See you there!!’
