Wow – can you believe we are halfway through the term already? And what a great term it has been!  

We have loved our Religion unit this term learning all about special celebrations in the church. Our favourite so far which sparked a lot of interest was Baptism and of course we are very excited to be moving into learning about Christmas and how it is celebrated in the Church.  

Science has been exciting with lots of learning about the way things move. We have been carrying out some investigations about how a range of different objects move and have loved our hands on learning experiences each week. Technologies links beautifully with Maths this term as we’ve been exploring data collection and interpreting information. We’ve loved creating graphs in lots of different ways and incorporating technology to share this information.  

We’ve been so proud watching how far the children have come since the start of Prep! They’ve been working hard and are definitely on their way to being ready for Year One. Thank you for your continued support every week helping us to give your little ones the best opportunities for learning in their first year of school.
