What a great start back into Term 4. In the senior Learning Hub we have been consolidating our learning of The Voice and how we can share our opinion respectfully and consider other people's point of view. Students had the opportunity to create their own poster on their opinion and they really thought about their work, choosing high modality language, engage colours and fonts as well as the placement of their designs too.  

In Year 5, students designed and constructed a pencil case out of paper. They used their knowledge of 3D shapes and nets and their developed knowledge of perimeter and area to construct their design. There were many design fails and lots of learning occurred throughout the lessons where students improved their designs and tried again.
