Hi there families of Year 4,  

We have had a great start to our school year with students continuing to learn our classroom expectations in our new space. We have had a big focus on moving around our school and how to learn in our classroom.  

We have made a start on our units of work this week and students are showing enthusiasm towards many areas of the curriculum. I am looking forward to our year of learning together. A curriculum note will be sent home soon to keep you informed on what is being taught throughout this term.  

This week has seen us attend our first mass for the school year and a welcome disco. This is just two of many events where families will be welcomed into our school throughout this year.  

Some important days to remember for this term:  

• PE with Mr Harrington is Thursday 
• Safe on Social with Miss Libby is Thursday 
• Library is Thursday 
• Homework to be handed in is Thursday 
• Music with Mrs Turner is Friday 

• STEM with Miss Edmonds is Friday 
• Miss Libby in Year 4 is Friday 
• Homework expected back Friday
