Hi families, 

Year 2 has had a great start this Term.  

In Maths Year 2 started off exploring simple addition and subtraction with some board games which was great fun. They have worked really hard over the past weeks with skip counting and expanded notation in Mathematics. They were so amazing they were rewarded with a cool Icey pole after second break.  

We had Futsal Friday and had so much fun. Thankyou Mr. Futsal for coming to our school and teaching us a new skill.  

Miss Libby has been developing Year 2’s technology skills. They have started exploring their families and using their Chromebooks on Google Slides.  

We started our swimming again and Year 2 had a fabulous time! Here are some great big smiles.
