Celebration Days in Year 3… In the dark??? 

Year 3 has been learning about different celebration days, the symbols used for the days and why those symbols are used. On Monday the power went out and the legends in year 3 still completed their assessment to a high standard. Students need to independently identify the days they have studied, the symbol that represents the day and why the symbols is used. Some students drew on the inspiration of the days that have studied in class while some students explain celebrations that their family celebrate.
