These past two weeks have been very busy in Year 1. We’ve been practicing our two class songs for Starry Starry night as well as some whole school ones too. It will be such a great night on Friday evening and will are all looking forward to it!  

Last week in Mathematics we revised patterns using colours and shapes. Here are some great patterns we created. 

We have been developing a new skill in Year 1. We have been started typing! Our keyboards attach to your child’s ipad which has made a great transition into learning all about a new hardware technology. Using the correct finger for the correct letter can be tricky but Year 1 have been resilient and patient learners.
