STOP

Take some time to make a list of seven activities, places or people that refresh you.

Remember a story of someone who showed you how to care for yourself when you were exhausted.

Breathe deeply, wait, exhale.

PRAY

Lord, lift me up for Your blessings today. I pray that you will anoint me with strength and self-care today, tomorrow and always. I pray that you will grace me with patience and wisdom. I pray that You will encourage me throughout the day to take the correct steps to walk proudly, and with care. I pray all of these things in Your name Amen.

REFLECT

How might you make contact and reconnect with the one who showed you how to care for yourself?

Imagine the Spirit breathing self-esteem. Breathe deeply, wait, exhale.

Imagine the Spirit breathing self-love and self-care into you.

Imagine the Spirit breathing self-image into you.

Imagine the Spirit breathing self-confidence into you.
